Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على استراتيجيات التحدث التي يستخدمها طلاب الصف العاشر وعلاقتها بأدائهم بالتحدث اتجاهاتهم نحو تعلم اللغة الانجليزية.
حيث كانت الاستراتيجيات المستهدفة المناقشة و لعب الأدوار والمقابلة و العصف الذهني والتقرير و وصف الصور وايجاد الفروق و السرد القصصي .
أما بالنسبة للمهارات المستهدفة فهي كالتالي: النطق، والطلاقة، وتنظيم المعلومات والقواعد والمفردات ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي .
وصمم الباحثة ادوات بحثية لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة متمثلة باختبار محادثة شفوي و مقياس لمعرفة استراتيجيات التحدث الاكثر استخداما عند طلاب الصف العاشر بالإضافة الى استبانة لقياس اتجاهات الطلاب نحو تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية.
قامت الباحثة بتحليل النتائج بعد تطبيق الادوات على الطالبات.
وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات ادوات الدراسة، قامت الباحثة بتطبيق مقياس استراتيجيات التحدث على عينة مكونة من (۳۲) معلم ومعلمة وقامت ايضا بتطبيق كلا من اختبار المحادثة الشفوي واستبانة اتجاه الطلاب نحو تعلم مادة اللغة الانجليزية على عينة مكونة من (٤١) طالبة من طالبات الصف العاشر من المجتمع الاصلي البالغ عدده(٣٣٥٠).
وتم تطبيق هذه الدراسة خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٢.
بعد تحليل النتائج ومعالجتها احصائيا، أظهرت النتائج بأن مستوى استخدام طلاب الصف العاشر لمهارات التحدث المستهدفة متوسط حيث يبلغ (٥٦.٨) و أن مستوى التحدث لديهم منخفض ونسبته (٤٤٠٧) .
وعند تحليل نتائج الاستبانة تبين ان مستوى اتجاههم نحو تعلم مادة اللغة الانجليزية مرتفع ونسبته (٧٥.٢) ، واخيرا تبين أن هناك علاقة طردية بين اتجاه الطلاب نحو تعلم مادة اللغة الانجليزية ومستوى التحدث لديهم.
وقد أوصت الباحثة بإجراء العديد من الدراسات التي من شأنها دراسة العلاقة بين استراتيجيات التحدث ومستوى التحدث عند الطلاب.
English Abstract
This study aimed at identifying speaking strategies used by tenth graders and the relation between their speaking performance and attitude toward learning English.
The researcher used nine strategies which are reporting, finding differences, narrating story, role play, gab information, brainstorming, interview discussion and storytelling.
Also, The researcher defines five skills to meaure students speaking performance which are pronounciation,vocabulary, structure, fluncy and organizing information.
To achieve the study aims, the researcher adopted the descriptive mainly correlation study.
To collect data, the researcher designed the following study tools: an oral test, speaking strategies scale and attitude questionnaire The researcher analyzed the data after applying the tools.
After examining the validity and reliability of the tools, they were implemented on the study sample represented in (32) teachers working in East of Kanyounis directorate and (41) students from Taiba Secondary School, who were randomly selected from the original population of (3350) students in East of Kanyounis Directorate of 2021-2022.
This study was conducted in the first semester of the scholastic year (2021-2022).
The study results indicated that the level of speaking Strategies among 10 graders had a weight of (56.81%), which is medium rate.
the level of speaking performance among tenth graders is (44.75%).Also, level of speaking performance among tenth graders is (44.75%) which is low.
In addition, the level of attitudes toward learning English among tenth graders is (75.26%), which is high rate.
Finally, there was significant positive relationship at significant level (α = 0.01) between speaking performance and attitudes toward learning English.
The researcher does recommend that more research should be dedicated to examine the role of speaking strategies and attitude toward learning English in improving speaking strategies
