يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف الى: متطلبات إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية بمكاتب التربية و التعليم في الجمهورية اليمنية، و لتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، مستخدما الاستبانة أداة البحث مكونة من اثنين و خمسين فقرة، وزعت على مجالات أربعة، تتعلق بموضوع الدراسة و تكون مجتمع البحث من مديري العموم و مديري الأقسام لمكاتب التربية بأربع محافظات (صنعاء، عدن، إب، ذمار) و دكاترة في جامعات كلا من )صنعاء، عدن، تعز، إب، ذمار) و مدراء عموم في وزارة التربية و التعليم، حيث استخدم الباحث أسلوب دلفي، و توصل الباحث لجملة من للنتائج أهمها حصل المجال الأول: المتطلبات التشريعية على المرتبة الأولى، و حصل المجال الثالث: المتطلبات البشرية على المرتبة الثانية، و حصل المجال الثاني : المتطلبات التنظيمية على المرتبة الثالثة، و حصل المجال الرابع : المتطلبات التكنولوجية على المرتبة الرابعة.
Abstract EN
The research aimed to identify the requirements of business process reengineering at education offices in Yemen.
the descriptive design was used, using the questionnaire، the search tool consisted of، the sample of the research consisted of(41) general manager and management heads at education offices in Sana،a، Aden، Taiz ، and Ibb cities، educational faculties at universities of Sana،a، Aden, Taiz، and Ibb and administrators at education ministry ، the researcher reached the following results، where the first field occurred : legislative requirements come first، and got the third field : human requirements are second، and got the second field : regulatory requirements on the third، and got the fourth field : technological requirements ranked fourth.
