Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : تحديد درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى مُعلمات رياض الأطفال في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين من وجهة نظرهنَّ، وعلاقتها بمستوى الانتماء المهني لديهنَّ.

منهج الدراسة : اتَّبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها: تكون من جميع معلمات رياض الأطفال في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 342 معلمة من مجتمع الدراسة، وتم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة.

أداة الدراسة : قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانتين: الأولى لقياس مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، حيث شملت أربعة مجالات مكونة من (39) فقرة، والثانية لقياس مستوى الانتماء المهني لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وتكونت من (24) فقرة.

ولمعالجة البيانات الإحصائية؛ تم استخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية SPSS.

نتائج الدراسة : 1.

درجة مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين بلغت وزنا نسبيا قدره (77.60%)، بدرجة كبيرة.

2.

مستوى الانتماء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين جاء بوزن نسبي (%87.00)، بدرجة كبيرة جدًا.

3.

توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة الرضا الوظيفي و لدرجة الانتماء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ a) بين متوسط تقديرات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح حملة الدبلوم، وكذلك توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدرجة الرضا الوظيفي تعزى لمتغير العمر لصالح الذين أعمارهم أقل من 25 سنة.

4.

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05) بين متوسط تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة الرضا الوظيفي ولدرجة الانتماء المهني تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (سنوات الخدمة، والحالة الاجتماعية).

توجد علاقة ارتباطية قوية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ a) بين متوسط تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة الرضا الوظيفي في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، ومستوى الانتماء المهني لديهنَّ.

واستنادًا للنتائج السابقة، توصي الباحثة بعدة توصيات أهمها: 1.

تحسين الراتب الشهري لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، والاهتمام بنظام المكافآت والحوافز ؛ لضمان حياة كريمة لهنَّ.

2.

الاهتمام بظروف معلمات الروضة ، وتذليل جميع الصعوبات التي تحول دون تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لديهن.

English Abstract

This study aimed to determine the degree of job satisfaction among kindergarten teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine from their point of view, and to identify its relationship to their level of professional affiliation.

The study followed the descriptive analytical method.

The study population consisted of all kindergarten teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine, and the study sample consisted of 342 female teachers who were randomly selected from the study population using the simple random method.

The researcher prepared two questionnaires, the first was used to measure the level of job satisfaction among kindergarten female teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine, which included four fields consisting of (39) items, and the second questionnaire sought to measure the level of professional affiliation of kindergarten female teachers, consisting of (24) items.

To process the statistical data, the SPSS statistical package was used.

The researcher reached the following results : 1.

The degree of job satisfaction level for kindergarten female teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine reached a large degree, at a relative weight of (77.60%).

2.

The level of professional affiliation of kindergarten female teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine reached a very large degree, at a relative weight of (87.00%).

3.

There are statistically significant differences in the degree of job satisfaction and the degree of professional affiliation for kindergarten female teachers at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) between the average estimates of the study sample due to the educational qualification variable in favour of the diploma holders, and there are also statistically significant differences in the degree of job satisfaction due to the age variable in favour of those aged less than 25 years.

There are no statistically significant differences at the level (α≥0.05) between the average estimates of the study sample for the degree of job satisfaction and the degree of professional affiliation due to the study variables (years of service, and marital status).

5.

There is a statistically significant positive correlation at the significance level (α ≥ 0.05) between the average estimates of the study sample for the degree of job satisfaction in the southern governorates of Palestine and the level of their professional affiliation.

Based on the previous results, the researcher made several recommendations, the most important of which are the following : 1.

To improving the monthly salary of kindergarten female teachers and to pay attention to the system of rewards and incentives to ensure a decent life for them.

2.

To pay attention to the conditions of kindergarten teachers and to overcome all difficulties that prevent them from achieving job satisfaction.
