Arabic Abstract

تسعى الباحثة إلى تنمية بعض مهارات الاتصال المتمثلة في مهارات الاتصال اللفظي العلاقات الجيدة مع الآخرين، قبول الآخر، المشاركة، الاعتماد على الذات، التعاون)، حيث أن هذه القدرات لها قيمة كبيرة في حياة الشباب بشكل عام وفي حياة طلاب المدارس المتوسطة على وجه الخصوص.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبعت الباحثة المنهج شبة التجريبي مستخدمة عينة من طالبات الصف التاسع، و عددهم (30) طالبة.

نتائج الدراسة: - بعد تحليل البيانات، أظهرت النتائج أن هناك تأثيراً رئيسياً لأنشطة القصة المصورة في تحسين مهارة التواصل بين طالبات الصف التاسع و هذا يتعارض مع فرضية الدراسة الحالية القائلة بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a≥0.05) بين متوسط درجات المجموعة و أقرانهم في المجموعة الضابطة قبل و بعد تنفيذ أنشطة القصص المصورة.

في ضوء نتائج هذه الدراسة توصي الباحثة بما يلي : - بما أن هذه الدراسة تسلط الضوء على تأثير القصص المصورة على تطوير مهارة التحدث بين طالبات الصف التاسع، فإن هناك حاجة لإجراء مزيد من الدراسات في هذا المجال.

- يجب على طالبات المدارس تدريب أنفسهم على قراءة مثل هذه القصص بانتظام من أجل الحصول على تواصل أفضل بالإضافة إلى الكفاءات اللغوية.

- تحتاج وزارة التربية والتعليم إلى اعتبار برنامج القصة المصورة جزءا من اللغة الإنجليزية لفلسطين لأنه يتمتع بفائدة ملحوظة في تحسين مهارات الاتصال الشفوي للمتعلمين.

فصول دراسية مجهزة بأحدث المعدات والأدوات لتنمية مهارات الاتصال والتواصل لدى الطلاب.

English Abstract

The researcher seeks to develop some communication skills represented by some skills: (verbal communication, good relationships with others, acceptance of the other, participation, self-reliance, and cooperation), since these skills are extremely valuable in the young's life in general and the Middle school students in particular.

To achieve the study objectives, the researcher adopted the quasi-experimental approach by using a sample of 30 female 9th graders.

Study results: - After analyzing the data, the results show that there is a key impact of the Storyboards program in improving the communicative skill among the ninth graders.

This contradicts the hypothesis of the current study that is there are no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≥0.05) between the average group grades and their peers in the control group before and after implementing digital stories program.

In light of the results of this study, the researcher recommends the following: - Since this study highlights the impact of digital stories on developing the speaking skill among the nine graders, the need arises for further studies to be conducted in this field.

- School students should train themselves to read such stories regularly in order to have better communication as well as linguistic competences.

- Ministry of Education needs to consider the storyboards program to be a part of English for Palestine since it has a noticeable benefit on improving the learners' oral communication skills.

- Classrooms equipped with modern tools, equipment and tools to develop students' communication skills.
