Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى السلامة المهنية والدافعية للإنجاز والاندماج الاجتماعي لدى الممرضين خلال جائحة كورونا، كما وهدفت للكشف عن العلاقة بين السلامة المهنية وكل من الدافعية للإنجاز والاندماج الاجتماعي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (222) ممرض وممرضة في مجمع ناصر الطبي، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وأعد الباحث أدوات الدراسة الثلاثة وهي استبيان السلامة المهنية والدافعية للإنجاز والاندماج الاجتماعي، وقد عالج الباحث بياناته احصائيا باستخدام المتوسطات والنسب المئوية ومعامل الارتباط واختبار الفروق وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: تبين أن مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز والاندماج الاجتماعي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث جاءت بوزن نسبي بالترتيب التالي (79.40%) (77%) ، بينما جاء مستوى السلامة المهنية بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي (58.80%)، واظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين السلامة المهنية وكل من الدافعية للإنجاز والاندماج الاجتماعي لدى الممرضين، كما أظهرت الدراسة أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين الدافعية للإنجاز والاندماج الاجتماعي لدى الممرضين، وتبين وجود فروق في مستوى السلامة المهنية تعزى إلى متغير العمر لصالح أفراد الدراسة الذين اعمارهم (أكبر من 50 سنة) ولصالح أفراد الدراسة الذين أعمارهم (من 20-30 سنة)، في حين أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في مستوى السلامة المهنية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة).

كما وتبين وجود فروق في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز تعزى إلى متغير العمر لصالح أفراد الدراسة الذين اعمارهم (أكبر من 50 سنة) في حين أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة).

كما وتبين وجود فروق في مستوى الاندماج الاجتماعي تعزى إلى متغير العمر لصالح أفراد الدراسة الذين اعمارهم (أكبر من 50 سنة) في حين أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الاندماج الاجتماعي تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة).

وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز استخدام مهارات التواصل مع الآخرين في تقوية العلاقات بين زملاء العمل، والعمل على إعداد نظام للفحص الطبي الدوري للممرضين داخل المستشفى، وأيضاً عقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة ومكثفة حول تطبيق إجراءات السلامة.

English Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the level of occupational safety, motivation for achievement, and social integration among nurses during the Corona pandemic.

The study also aimed to find out the relationship between occupational safety and both motivation for achievement and social integration.

The study sample consisted of (222) male and female nurses at Nasser Medical Complex.

The researcher used descriptive correlative approach to achieve the objectives of the study, and prepared three study tools, which are the questionnaire of occupational safety and motivation for achievement and social integration.

The researcher treated data statistically by using means, percentages, correlation coefficient and differences test.

The study reached the following results including that the level of motivation for achievement and social integration came to a high degree, as it came with a relative weight in the following order (79.40%) and (77%), while the level of occupational safety came to a medium degree with a relative weight (58.80%).

The study also showed a direct correlation between occupational safety and both the nurses' motivation for achievement and social integration, and that there is a direct correlation between the nurses' achievement motivation and social integration.

Further, there are differences in the level of occupational safety due to the age variable in favour of the study members whose ages are (greater than 50 years) and in favor of the study members aged (20-30 years), while the study showed no differences in the level of occupational safety due to the variables of gender and years of service.

There are also differences in the level of motivation for achievement attributable to the age variable in favour of the study members whose ages are (more than 50 years), while there are no differences in the level of motivation for achievement due to the variables of gender and years of service.

The study found that there were differences in the level of social integration due to the age variable in favour of the study participants whose age is (over 50 years), while there were no differences in the level of social integration due to the variables of gender and years of service.

The study recommends the need to enhance the use of communication skills with others in strengthening relations between co-workers, and to work on preparing a system for the periodic medical examination of nurses inside the hospital.

The study also recommends holding specialized and intensive training courses on the application of safety procedures.
