This paper presents the primary results of qualitative research carried out with a panel of young university graduates, employed within the framework of assistance for vocational integration in public and private establishments.
The objective of this study is to analyze the precarious conditions of the latter through the attempt to answer the following question: Why have the professional integration assistance schemes perpetuated the precarious situation of young graduates? The first observations revealed the following results: the mismatch between theoretical training provided at universities with the real needs of companies; overs-staffing in public establishments; the opportunism of private employers.

Cet article présente les premiers résultats d'une recherche qualitative menée auprès d'un panel de jeunes diplômés des universités, employés dans le cadre du dispositif d'aide à l'insertion professionnelle dans des établissements publics et privés.
L'objectif de cette étude est d'analyser les conditions de précarité de ces derniers à travers la tentative de répondre au questionnement suivant: Pourquoi les dispositifs d'aide à l'insertion professionnelle ont perpétué la situation de précarité des jeunes diplômés? Les premières observations ont révélé les résultats suivants: l'inadéquation entre la formation théorique dispensée dans les universités avec les besoins réels des entreprises; les effectifs excédentaires dans les établissements publics; l'opportunisme des employeurs privés.
