Abstract EN

: This study aimed to clarify the correlation and influence between the independent variable "motivation" and the dependent variable "administrative creativity", and to know the reality of the interest of Algerian economic institutions in their application.

The descriptive analytical method was used.

After the theoretical study of the subject of the research, the field study was carried out in two economic institutions.

Where the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection and data processing through the statistical program SPSS v(22).

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of a positive correlation and a statistically significant effect between the two variables, and the degree of interest of the institution in the private sector exceeded the degree of interest in the public sector.
