تعتبر سياسة تخزين النفط من بين أهم السياسات التي إعتمدتها الشركات النفطية و كذا الدول المستهلكة للنفط للتأثير في سوق النفط الدولي.
لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه هذه المخزونات في السوق النفط الدولي، و ذلك من خلال التطرق للإطار النظري لها و كذا تحليل تطور بيانات الطلب و العرض النفطي و كذا تطور الأسعار.
حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير مباشر للمخزونات النفطية العالمية على السوق النفطي
Abstract EN
The oil storage policy is among the most important policies adopted by oil companies as well as oil consuming countries to influence the international oil market.
Therefore, this study came with the aim of highlighting the role that these stocks play in the international oil market, by addressing the theoretical framework for them, as well as analyzing the evolution of oil demand and supply data, as well as the evolution of prices.
Where the study concluded that there is a direct impact of global oil stocks on the oil market.
