Abstract EN

: This study aims to test the impact of job involvement on the organizational citizenship behavior of workers in the Algerian-Qatari Steel Company in Jijel, In order to collect data, a simple random sampling questionnaire was administered to 169 employees Jijel plant of the Algerian-Qatari Steel Company, Data was processed using the Statistical Package program for Social Sciences SPSS28.

The results of the study also confirmed that there is a positive impact of job involvement on the behavior of organizational citizenship among the employees of the company under study.

It is due to the positive impact of cognitive and emotional involvement on organizational citizenship behaviour.

As for physical involvement, it does not affect the organizational citizenship behaviour of employees.
