The study dealt with the subject of changing the opinions of the mujtahids in what is justified in ijtihad, and their abandonment of the preponderant sayings to the preferred ones, as it aims to clarify the concept of the well-known saying in the Maliki school and the reasons that motivate the mujtahids to adopt the weak saying and leave the work with the famous saying, and the importance of the study is that it shows that judging a weak saying does not mean ignoring it at all, but the mujtahid may resort to it if necessary, and this is what the study concluded, meaning that working with the weak saying is possible if the reasons and reasons for that are available.
