تجاوبا مع حالة الطوارئ المرتبطة ب جائحة كوفيد-19، دعت وزارة التعليم العالي الجزائرية إلى اللجوء للتعليم عن بعد.
وبغية تحقيق هذا المسعى، أنشأت جميع الجامعات الجزائرية منصات للتعلم عن بعد كوسيلة وحيدة لضمان استمرارية التدريس.
هذا الوضع غير المسبوق أتاح لنا فرصة للتساؤل عن واقع التعلم والتعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية: فما هي تصورات الأساتذة الجامعيين حول تقنية التعلم عن بعد؟ وإذا كانوا استفادوا من تدريب مبدئي على توظيف التكنولوجيات الحديثة في التدريس، فما نوع التدريب الأولي الذي تلقوه؟ وهل يستخدم الأساتذة بالفعل تقنيات جديدة في ممارساتهم التعليمية عبر المنصات؟ للإجابة على هذه التساؤلات، أجرينا استبيانًا على 104 أستاذا جامعيًا في الجزائر.
الهدف الرئيسي من خلال هذا البحث هو وإعادة التفكير، في ممارسات التدريس ورفع تحدي تدريب الأساتذة الجامعيين على استخدامات التكنولوجيات الحديثة في عصر التعليم الرقمي.
Abstract EN
In response to the state of emergency associated with the COVID 19 pandemic, the Algerian ministry of higher education called for the use of distance education.
in order to achieve this endeavor, all Algerian universities have established e-learning platforms or the internet as the only way to ensure the continuity of teaching.
this unprecedented situation gave us an opportunity to ask about the reality of e-learning and distance education teaching at the Algerian university: what representations do Algerian university teachers have about e-learning? if they benefited from initial training on employing modern technologies in teaching, what kind of initial training did they receive? are professors already using new technologies in their cross-platform educational practices? to answer these questions, we surveyed 104 university professors in Algeria.
the main aim of this research is to rethink teaching practices and raise the challenge of training university professors on the use of modern technologies in the digital age of education.

Pour répondre à l'urgence consécutive à la pandémie liée à la COVID-19, le ministère de l'enseignement supérieur Algérien appelle à l'enseignement à distance.
a cet effet, toutes les universités algériennes ont mis en place des plates-formes de e-learning ou d'apprentissage en ligne comme étant l'unique moyen permettant d'assurer la continuité des enseignements.
cette situation inédite est pour nous l'occasion de nous interroger sur la réalité de la techno-pédagogie dans le contexte universitaire Algérien: quelles représentations ont les enseignants universitaires Algériens au sujet du e-learning? quelle formation initiale ont-ils suivie et quels usages ont-ils des nouvelles technologies dans leurs pratiques enseignantes via les plateformes? pour y répondre, nous avons mené une enquête par questionnaire auprès de 104 enseignants universitaires.
le principal objectif d'une telle entreprise est de repenser, dans des recherches ultérieures, les pratiques pédagogiques en vue de relever les défis d'une formation à l'enseignement supérieur à l'ère du numérique.
