Abstract EN

This article aims to address the impact of differentiating between Allah's rights and human rights, clarifying their effects and implementation.

It points out that rights are divided into Allah's rights and those of human.

This division has many effects in the life of the Muslim.

This carries a big benefit for the governors, or their deputies, who are in charge to execute the punishments (the limits/restrictions).

This is done by defining both rights, and clarifying the exact criterion of differentiating between them.

It is also to clarify the effects of differentiating between these right when Allah's rights and the human's rights are combined stating which one precedes and which one is dispensed with.

The study employs the inductive and analytical approach.

It concludes with a number of findings, the most important of which are: Allah’s rights, unlike the human’s, do not accept abolition nor intercession, and the criterion for knowing Allah’s rights is their connection to the public right, or the public interest.
