Abstract EN

This article aims to tackle the contradiction between the Sharia obligations, and their jurisprudential applications.

It is permissible according to Shariah and reasoning, too, because Sharia obligations are diverse in themselves, multiple in their types, varying in their levels.

Thus, the main question of the study is: Are there jurisprudential rules that repulse the contradiction between the Sharia obligations? The new thing that the study presents is to discover the reliable jurisprudential rules considered to repulse the contradiction between the obligations.

The study concludes that the contradiction, either completely or partially, is repulsed by a number of jurisprudence rules, which is possible either by combining, or favoring, or choosing between them.

the study employs the inductive approach by tracing a number of jurisprudential branches (from opinions of previous jurisprudence scholars) to reach the most and final decision, with the help of the analytical and descriptive approaches.
