كان هدف مفكري التنوير هو تحدي العقائد و الأفكار التي رسخها النظام الملكي و الكنيسة.
الحلم الذي غذى كمال العقل البشري و شجع الإنسان على ثورة العقل و الروح.
و من المؤكد حقًا أن العقل قد قطع أشواطًا كبيرة في سلم الحضارة.
و مع ذلك ؛ أصبح هذا الأخير رهينة وسائل الإعلام الحديثة التي رسخت بشكل منهجي سلاسل من العبودية اللاواعية لنشر سياسة الخضوع، و تقويض الوعي السياسي و زيادة السلبية السياسية.
إن عقيدة التقدم التي أشاد بها مفكرو، التنوير تم استبدالها الآن بعقيدة البقاء.
لأن الفردانية و الفكر الحر أصبحا الآن موضع تحدي من قبل المجتمع الخاضع لتأثير وسائل الإعلام حيث يكون تجانس الاحتياجات و الأفكار و السلوك راسخًا بشكل جيد.
لذلك أصبح من واجب المفكرين المعاصرين حماية العقل من الخداع و الوعي الزائف، فقد أنشأت وسائل الإعلام الحديثة، من بين أمور أخرى، وهم الديمقراطية و تفوق القوة الغربية لكن هذه الرؤية تتلاشى الآن بشكل كبير بسبب أزمة كوفيد 19.
لذلك فإن الهدف من هذه المقالة هو إظهار كيف يتحول العقل و اللغة إلى وسائل مشوهة و قاصرة لتمييز الحقيقة و الطريقة التي تتلاعب بها وسائل الإعلام من خلال استخدام تقنيات خادعة للغاية للتكوين رأي عام خاضع للسلطة.
كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار كيف أن الصحافة الراديكالية التي كانت موجودة في بريطانيا كأداة مستقلة لتنمية الوعي السياسي لم تستطع البقاء على قيد الحياة في عصر العولمة و التسويق.
Abstract EN
The telos of the enlightenment thinkers was to challenge the traditional edifice entrenched by monarchy and the church, a goal that once nurtured the perfectibility of human reason and emboldened man for mind revolution.
it is de facto true that reason has made great strides in the ladder of civilization, however ; the latter has become a hostage of modern mass media which has systematically ingrained chains of unconscious servitude to manufacture consent, to erode political awareness and to rise political passivity.
the doctrine of progress that was hailed by enlightenment thinkers has been now substituted by the doctrine of survival, as individualism and free thinking is now challenged by a conformist society where the homogeneity of needs, thoughts and behavior are well entrenched by the mass media.
it becomes thus the duty of modern thinkers to protect the mind from deception and false consciousness.
the modern mass media has established, inter alia, the chimera of democracy and the superiority of Western power, a vision that is now substantially fading away because of the crisis of COVID 19.
it is the aim of this paper to show how reason and language become distorted and deficient means to discern the truth and how they are manipulated by the media through the use of highly deceptive techniques to manufacture consent.
it is also the aim of this study to show how radical press that once existed in Britain as an incentive tool for rising political awareness could not survive in the age of globalization and commercialization.

L’objectif des penseurs des Lumières était de remettre en question l’édifice traditionnel établi par la monarchie et l’église, un objectif qui a autrefois nourri la perfectibilité de la raison humaine et encouragé l’homme à révolutionner son esprit.
il est de facto vrai que la raison a fait de grands pas dans l’échelle de la civilisation, cependant, cette dernière est devenue l’otage des médias de masse modernes qui ont systématiquement incrusté des chaînes de servitude inconsciente pour fabriquer le consentement, éroder la conscience politique et faire monter la passivité politique.
la doctrine du progrès, saluée par les penseurs des lumières, a été remplacée par la doctrine de la survie, car l’individualisme et la liberté de pensée sont désormais remis en question par une société conformiste où l’homogénéité des besoins, des pensées et des comportements est bien ancrée par les médias de masse.
il devient donc du devoir des penseurs modernes de protéger l’esprit de la tromperie et de la fausse conscience.
les médias de masse modernes ont établi, entre autres, la chimère de la démocratie et la supériorité de la puissance occidentale, une vision qui s’estompe aujourd’hui considérablement en raison de la crise du COVID 19.
l’objectif de cette étude est de montrer comment la raison et le langage deviennent des moyens déformés et déficients pour discerner la vérité et comment ils sont manipulés par les médias à travers l’utilisation de techniques très trompeuses pour fabriquer le consentement.
c’est également le but de cette étude de montrer comment la presse radicale qui existait autrefois en Grande-Bretagne comme outil d’incitation à la prise de conscience politique n’a pas pu survivre à l’ère de la mondialisation et de la commercialisation.
