This current study concerns with analyzing the monthly accommodation, during the period (2012-2020) in order to determine the peak tourist demand for each of the states of the north central tourist pole, with the aim of determining the excess supply.

it reached several results, the most important of which are: -the presence of a large surplus of vacant beds during the months of the year, with the exception of the month of the tourist season across all the states of the tourist pole; -irregularity of the most famous tourist seasons in the internal states.
