these and other reasons have made successive governments strive to diversify the national economy to find alternatives or at least the foundations of the rent economy as a first stage in order to reach an economy outside the hydrocarbons sector based on production and investment in stagnant sectors that are not in a saturation stage and which can be stimulated, especially the agricultural sector.
