Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to identify the behavioral trends that affect the woman’s decision to establish an enterprise and the most important factors and patterns of that decision, which has an important role at any time in the construction process.

studies have considered that the decisions of the female entrepreneur are the result of the interaction between the various elements that belong to the work system.

we obtained through our field of study toward Algerian women entrepreneurs that the woman is the first determinant of her reality.

the behavioral pattern of the entrepreneur is determined according to her personality and creative characteristics, how she chooses her organization and the type of field, in addition to her experience and professional and scientific qualifications, and we also found that the immediate environment has a moral impact on the on the behavior of women entrepreneurs.
