This research aims to highlight the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on oil prices and on the Algerian economy, The study found that Covid-19 led to a deterioration in oil prices, which led to an imbalance in the economies of oil-exporting countries, Among these countries, Algeria, whose economy has been affected by the deterioration of oil prices, because most of its exports are oil, With the knowledge that Algeria has great potentials to diversify exports and not to rely on oil exports alone in order to overcome any crisis in oil prices and not be affected by it.
