Abstract AR
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية (تحديد الاتجاه الاستراتيجي، تطوير رأس المال البشري، تعزيز الثقافة التنظيمية بالممارسات الأخلاقية، و تنفيذ رقابة تنظيمية متوازنة) على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بشركة المدار الجديد – طرابلس.
تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره المنهج الملائم لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، حيث بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (44) موظفا من القيادات الإدارية بالشركة.
و قد تم تصميم استمارة استبانة و توزيعها على العينة المستهدفة، حيث تم الحصول على (36) مفردة مطابقة لإجابات الدراسة و تساؤلاتها.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى أبعاد ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية في الشركة قيد الدراسة كان مرتفعا، و كذلك مستوى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالشركة جاء مرتفعا، و أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالشركة قيد الدراسة.
أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على استحداث وحدة أو قسم يكون بمسمى "إدارة التنمية المستدامة" يكون هدفها الأساسي تعزيز مفهوم و أهداف التنمية المستدامة في الشركة قيد الدراسة، و ذلك من خلال عقد الندوات و اللقاءات و ورش العمل، و أيضا الاهتمام بشكل أكبر بتضمين استراتيجيات الجودة الشاملة التي تدعم وظائف الإنتاج الأنظف و التسويق الأخضر و ذلك لزيادة الفعالية الاقتصادية للشركة و تقليل المخاطر البيئية قدر الإمكان.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic leadership practices (determining the strategic direction, developing human capital, enhancing organizational culture with ethical practices, and implementing balanced regulatory control) on achieving sustainable development in Almadar Aljadid company in Tripoli.
To achieve these aims, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the target sample.
In total, 36 survey responses were analysed.
The findings of the study indicate that the level of the dimensions of strategic leadership practices In the company under study, it was high, as well as the level of achieving sustainable development in the company, was high and that there is a statistically significant impact of strategic leadership practices on achieving sustainable development in the company under study.
The study recommends the need to create a unit or section called "Sustainable Development Management", as well as to pay more attention to including comprehensive quality strategies that support the functions of cleaner production and green marketing.
