The objective of this research was to identify effectiveness of a program based on the integrative approach in developing rhetorical appreciation skills of Arabic language learners who speak other languages, preparing a list of rhetorical appreciation skills necessary for Arabic language learners who speak other languages, and identifying their possession of it.

to achieve this, a set of tools has been prepared: - a list of rhetorical appreciation skills needed for Arabic language learners who speak other languages (level four), then a proposed program was designed to teach rhetorical appreciation skills according to the integrative approach.

fourth-level students at the institute of Arabic language teaching at the Islamic university of Madinah, where the researcher used the descriptive approach and quasi-experimental approach based on one group.

the research found a list of rhetorical appreciation skills necessary for Arabic language learners who speak other languages, which included (11) skills, where the percentage of availability of rhetorical appreciation skills was(38.00%), this percentage is equivalent to an estimate of (weak).

the results also showed existence of a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the average scores of learners in the two applications : pre and post in total test result, in favor of post application, this confirms effectiveness of integrative approach in developing rhetorical appreciation skills.

considering results that have been reached, the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions.
