سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على التأصيل النظري لاستراتيجية الفوضى الخلاقة من خلال التعرف على دعائمها ومميزاتها، وكذا مختلف الأهداف الأمريكية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ومختلف مخططات تنفيذ استراتيجية الفوضى الخلاقة.
إذ تم التوصل إلى أن الفوضى الخلاقة كاستراتيجية المكونة من لفظين متناقضين بين الهدم واللا استقرار، الإبداع والخلق وإعادة البناء من جديد، وهذا من خلال طرح مخططات لتقسيم دول منطقة الشرق الأوسط إلى دويلات وكانتونات جديدة وهذا بهدف السيطرة على موارد المنطقة من البترول، المياه، والأرصدة النقدية، وكذا أضعاف الوحدة العربية والإسلامية والحفاظ على الكيان الإسرائيلي كدولة مسيطرة وقوية.
Abstract EN
In this paper, we trying to focused to the theoretical rooting of the creative chaos strategy which was identified by its features chaos and creativity.
then, we concluded that creative chaos as a strategy consisting of two contradictory words between demolition and instability or creativity and rebuilding again, also by proposing plans to divide middle east region into ethic states and cantons, with the aim of controlling the region's resources as well as weakening Arab and Islamic unity and preserving the Israeli entity as a strong and dominant state.
