The preliminary reading of the Amazigh version of the founding texts of the Algerian state prompts us to reflect on several aspects related to the problems of translation into this language and the transfer of the meaning from the language of departure to the language of arrival.
these issues concern the lexicon and syntax as well as the expression and typology of the original text.
all of these problems are linked to the quest for meaning where understanding the latter is an important step in order to then DE verbize it and reformulate it in the target language.
to do this, translation theorists recommend discourse analysis as an essential step to grasp the meaning in the original language and then reformulate it in the arrival language.

La lecture préliminaire de la version amazighe des textes fondateurs de l’état algérien nous incite à faire une réflexion sur plusieurs aspects liés aux problèmes de traduction vers cette langue et au transfert du sens de la langue de départ vers la langue d’arrivée.
ces problèmes concernent le lexique, la syntaxe ainsi que l’expression et la typologie du texte de départ.
tous ces problèmes sont liés à la quête du sens où la compréhension de ce dernier constitue une étape importante pour ensuite le déverbaliser et le reformuler dans la langue d’arrivée.
pour se faire, des théoriciens en traduction recommandent l’analyse du discours comme étape indispensable pour saisir le sens en langue de départ puis le reformuler en langue d’arrivée.
