Obligations and liability of the maritime carrier of goods in the light of the Algerian legislation and international conventions

We aim to identify the obligations of the maritime carrier as well as the cases in which it is responsible, that is why we have used the descriptive and analytical approach.

and we conclued that, the obligations related of the ship, the cargo and the voyage, and in the case of loss, damage or delay in delivering the goods his liability established, however, he could exempt himself from it in accordance with article 803 of the maritime code or article 5 of the Hamberg convention.
