Our goal in this research paper is to identify the role of socialization institutions in facing the consequences of the cultural crisis in Arab societies on Arab youth.

We have come to the conclusion that the intellectual dimension of the Arab cultural crisis was a cause and a solution at the same time by reconsidering the serious and conscious culture for which the institutions of socialization in society are established in order to reshape the cultural and social awareness in a way that restores the identity and intellectual balance of the elite before the public to allow to overcome the consequences of fragmentation and identity dispersal on The cultural reality of the Arab youth, whose behavior was dominated by the consumerist nature of culture, due to conflicting and unclear visions in the cultural reality and the preoccupation of the social elite with intellectual conflicts far from the basic needs of reality.
