Abstract EN

This study focuses on all industrial resources that humankind witnessed during the development of human being and providing a better quality of life.

Investing the opportunities produced by the fourth industrial resource and overcoming its challenges need a serious human desire for knowledge participation as an engine for transferring knowledge and ensuring benefit from it .

Saudi women are not far from these competitive developments and challenges, so the study focuses on the extent of Saudi women's willingness to transfer knowledge and the reflection of their knowledge sharing on their values, behavior, education, society, the work, economy physical and psychological health.

As knowledge has the ability to change our lives and develop the competitive capabilities, however, knowledge sharing behavior contributes to the sustainability of these capabilities.

The study showed that Saudi women tend to share knowledge, and to the presence of a positive impact on knowledge sharing as average.

Accordingly, the recommendation was made to adopt the knowledge sharing of Saudi women as a value to consolidate the outputs of the fourth industrial resource in Saudi Arabia and build the knowledge economy and its sustainability.
