The Study Aimed to Identify The Extent to Which the Information Technology Competencies Practices of the Faculty Members at Najran University in Saudi Arabia are in Line with the Standards of the International Society for Teaching Technology (ISTE) and to Reveal the Relationship Between the Availability of Basic Technological Competencies of the Faculty members at the University of Najran and the Degree of their Practice of (ISTE*E) Standards for Educators, and about the Extent of Statistically Significant Differences in the Degree of Availability of Basic Technological Competencies Among Faculty Members at Najran University and the Degree of Their Practice of ISTE*E Standards for Educators According to Gender, Academic Rank, and Years of Experience.

The Sample of the Study Consisted of (370) Faculty Members.

The Results Indicated that the Degree of Availability of Basic Technological Competencies Among Faculty Members at the University of Najran, from their Point of View, was of a Moderate Degree, and the Degree of Practice the Standards of the International Society for Teaching Technology for Educators (ISTE*E) Among the Faculty Members at Najran University was of a Moderate, and the Study also Found a Statistically Significant Correlation Between the Degree of Availability of Basic The study presented the concept of quality assurance and accreditation and its importance in higher education, then introducing the National Authority.

Then the study dealt with the eight programs in the department for the first stage of the bachelor's degree and has three programs, and the second stage graduate programs and five programs and determine their position on accreditation by the Commission.

The study reached the strengths and weaknesses of the department's programs, as well as the obstacles that hinder accreditation by the authority.
