Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the effect of an interactive learning program for the Computer Culture Unit on the acquisition of computer material for students of the eighth grade in Mafraq Governorate, with the aim of finding a modern and advanced electronic method for teaching computer subject in schools.

The study sample consisted of (40) students who were randomly selected Out of (67) students in Ali bin Abi Talib School for Boys in the district of Bal'ama, during the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic year.

The school was deliberately chosen due to the availability of computers, the school's cooperation and its desire to conduct this study, as the study sample was distributed randomly into two control groups and it included (20) students, and experimental and included (20) students, and the study found statistically significant differences when The level of (a = 0.05) in students' achievement in the computer subject between the two groups of the experimental and control study in favor of the experimental group.

In light the above mentioned results, a number of recommendations were proposed, including: Working to provide the necessary requirements by the Ministry of Education or the parties supporting the educational process to produce educational programs suitable for the educational environment in the governorate schools and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan schools, enhance and motivate teachers, and direct them to use technology and to integrate it in the educational process and to develop in the adopted teaching strategies.
