Artificial intelligence is seen as an extension of human intelligence and has acquired by various sectors.

Artificial intelligence applications in libraries represent a breakthrough in the information sector.

Where technological advances can help humans in many tasks such as arithmetic, reading, speaking, remembering, judging, and interactive learning.

The AI applications help the library and information specialist in many time-consuming tasks, as comprehensive platforms can provide educational, information, assistive and social services that facilitate libraries to carry out their tasks in innovative ways.

The study aims to achieve a major goal of analyzing comprehensive platforms of artificial intelligence and comparing among them, to come out with the best platforms that suit the requirements of libraries and their services, so the study followed three research approaches: the historical approach to rooting for the beginnings of the emergence of artificial intelligence and its development, and its applications in libraries, and descriptive Analytical approach to describe and analysis of comprehensive platforms for artificial intelligence, in terms of basic data, what the platforms are and their advantages, and analysis of editors and users' assessments of platforms; and the comparative approach to compare the results of describing and analyzing the eighteen comprehensive platforms, to highlight the best of them for libraries.

It is based on the following tools: the documentary research tool; interactive navigation; and the checklist.

This study describe and analyze eighteen comprehensive platforms for artificial intelligence, then comparing them, studying the potential applications of these platforms in libraries, and studying the theoretical framework for artificial intelligence and its applications in libraries, so it has reached (19) nineteen results regarding the comparative descriptive analytical framework, Perhaps one of the most prominent is, when analyzing the total ratings for the editor, the Google AI Platform ranked the highest, which reached 9.5, while the Infrrd platform received the lowest rating of 8.4, while the Watson Studio ranked the highest according to the total user reviews of 9.4 While the Infrrd platform won a For evaluation of which reached 0.8; the study found (18) eighteen results of the theoretical framework and provides the most important of artificial intelligence in the virtual reality of multiple libraries and ways to increase computer literacy and skills of search and retrieval.

One of the most prominent examples of this is the Aura Soma and the reality of the interactive online library EON, which includes thousands of 3D elements, avatars, scenes and applications that allows the development of customized content that attracts users.

The study also recommended eleven recommendations, perhaps the most prominent of them is to improve the level of library and information specialists and train them in the use of technology and smart systems through aspiration and keep pace with developments under artificial intelligence, regarding library technical, social and legal challenges due to the application of artificial intelligence in them.
