Abstract EN

The study aims to analyze the relationship between the electronic governance variable and its relationship to combating financial and administrative corruption, by studying these variables in a scientific manner and conducting objective critical analysis of them.

If the problem of the study is, does the application of e-governance have an effect in strengthening the fight against financial and administrative corruption in Iraqi institutions? Where the researchers worked to present a number of perceptions and mechanisms that would form a vision in combating the financial and administrative corruption that is rampant in most Iraqi state institutions by adopting modern methods of management.

The study concluded with several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a close relationship between electronic governance and the fight against corruption.

The recommendations presented by the researchers were divided between two groups, the first on the legislative side represented by the Iraqi Council of Representatives, and the second group on the mechanisms proposed for the executive government.
