The research aims to identify the term deep web or (deep web), in terms of the concept, tools for accessing it, and negative uses of the deep web.

the research relied on collecting information on the available sources in the which Arabic and foreign literature of the topic, as well as by visiting the various websites on the internet.

the research was based on a set of results, the most important of which was that most internet services are not visible to many people, and that deep web sites are provided as services for a fee, and most of these sites publish negative and inhuman content.

the research also concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was caution against accessing internet sites informal and not to use unknown search engines that end in certain domains because they lead to harm to their users.
