Abstract EN

The study aimed at knowing the importance of using electronic information systems and explaining its impact on the quality of re-engineering scientific processes in academic institutions (the university), and the importance of the study came from being one of the few studies that are carried out in the field form and links between information systems and the quality of re-engineering scientific processes in academic institutions (universities), which allows the field in front of other studies to address the same topic in other organizations and institutions, and the researcher followed in this study the descriptive approach (case study), and the researcher relied on the questionnaire in collecting data which is a standardized questionnaire in addition to using different sources, the researcher relied on the university community waist teaching staff 91 sample toll of teaching and staff and by an estimated 10% of the total community.

the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1.

through the study, it became clear that the use of electronic information systems at the university to re-engineer operations contributes to high quality while reducing costs, and that appeared with a degree of approval of 4.20 which is very high.

this is due to the reluctance of some workers to use some advanced systems because of their habit on the old traditional methods 2.
