Abstract EN

The thesis aims to reveal the degree of which the skill of devising jurisprudential rulings incorporated in the content of jurisprudence courses at the secondary school stage.

the researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach by following the content analysis method.

total population sampling method is applied in the research which included all jurisprudence books at the secondary school stage in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the year (2021-1443 AH) which are three books.

the content analysis card prepared by the researcher was used in the light of the devising skill in jurisprudence judgments.

the research found the weak degree to which the skill of devising jurisprudential rulings incorporated in the content of jurisprudence courses at the secondary school stage with a percentage of 16.66% and a total of (1004) skill found.

the researcher recommends to take additional care and the inclusion of the skills of devising jurisprudential rulings in jurisprudence books content because of their importance and to enable students to practice and correctly apply what they have learned.
