the research has reached many results, the most important of which is: the nullification of what some of them attributed to Imam Shafi'i that the wao benefits the arrangement, and that it is the equitable researcher who seeks the right, and access to it, regardless of who discusses his opinions, even if it is contrary to him in his idea and belief.
