his study follows the descriptive historical research method in narrating events and their developments in order to reach the historical truth and put it in its correct scientific position by analyzing the events and their development.

Several sources related to the issue Of oil policy in Iraq were relied upon at that stage, including the documents Of the Iraqi Council Of Ministers, the documents Of the Ministry Of Oil, the relevant sources, and some Of the letters and university theses that dealt with that stage and its developments.
