Abstract EN

Several factors and ingredients contributed to the flourishing of agricultural activity in ifriqiya during the era of the Aghlabids (184-296AH/800-909AD), it was diversified of water sources, labor, the land of the agriculture as well as encouraging princes of the villages despite some of the obstacles that have been negatively affected in the production rate and the craft of agriculture.

The wealth of agricultural land uses the farmers of various methods and tools; including Duamis, Pipes, Vaults, Norias, Waterwheels…, the land of land and the crops are created and excluded by Ifriqiya, as the farmers support thier activity to practice gravity and animal husbandry.
