يعالج هذا المقال أحوال الجزائر و الجزائريين في أكثر الفترات حساسية و دقة في تاريخيهم ابان بداية العصور الحديثة خاصة بعد التحرشات الأوربية.
و يبحث جزيئات تتعلق بعلاقة الجزائر مع الخلافة العثمانية و كيفية الحاقها في ظل وضع دولي معقد عرفه حوض المتوسط بشقيه الشرقي و الغربي.
كما يناقش كنه العلاقة ان سلما و حربا أمنا و اضطرابا من جميع النواحي
Abstract EN
This article deals with the conditions of Algeria and the Algerians in the most sensitive and accurate periods in their history at the beginning of modern times, especially after the European harassment.
It discusses molecules related to Algeria's relationship with the Ottoman Caliphate and how to join it in light of a complex international situation defined by the Mediterranean Basin, in both its eastern and western parts.
It also discusses the nature of the relationship that is peace and war, security and turmoil in all respects.
