the indivisibility and interdependence that is embodied in the environment helps the rest of the other human rights to confirm and embody those rights, as it reinforces and expands the meaning of the rights already guaranteed, such as the right to life and the right to a decent living, for this reason it is necessary to consider it-that is, the right to a healthy environment-as a right as well.

for example, the right to the environment reinforces the content of the right to life, that is, the right to a dignified life must be fulfilled in environmentally appropriate health conditions to promote human development.
