هدفت دراستنا إلى تحديد أثر الذكاء الأخلاقي للرؤساء على الاستغراق الوظيفي من وجهة نظر العاملين بكلية العلوم جامعة المسيلة حيث كانت عينة الدراسة (50) عامل بالكليةوتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي و كذا برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةSPSS26.
و خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.
05) لأبعاد المسؤولية التعاطف و العدالة و عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعد النزاهة.

Our study aimed to determine the impact of the moral intelligence of presidents on career immersion from the point of view of the staff of the Faculty of Science, The University of Msila, where the sample of the study (50) was a factor in the college, and the results of the study concluded that there was a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (0.
05) of the dimensions of responsibility, empathy and justice, and the ence of a statistically significant effect on the dimension of integrity.
