Abstract EN

The goal of the study was to highlight the importance of the business model in the process of creating value for institutions and its effectiveness in the development of Sidi Bel Abbes' institutions.

We relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect, as fore the case study, a questionnaire has been distributed.

The study found that the business model assisted in reducing the time it took for these institutions to begin their activities early and gain market value, while also taking into account the organization's operating environment, they can be found in their natural habitat.
