Abstract EN

This study seeks to link between the quality of constitutional drafting and the principle of legal security.

it deals with the beginning of the concept of legal security, its historical development and its promotion as a constitutional principle enshrined in the constitutional amendment of 2020 during the preamble to the constitution, and article 34, paragraph 04 of it, in addition to addressing the concept of constitutional drafting and what distinguishes it from other formulas.

legal and its transformation with the various constitutional amendments witnessed by Algeria.

we also discussed the relationship between constitutional drafting and legal security, through the impact and quality of constitutional drafting on legal security, where Algeria was keen to provide the ingredients for good drafting in order to avoid any risks that might threaten legal security.
