Abstract EN

The role of the banking system and its influence on the development process with several challenges that were penned by the new financial and economic world, and this role is crucial to developing countries based on their economic and social systems.

this issue matters to Algeria, as it is one of these developing countries, especially the financial activities are scarce in the Algerian financial market.

despite the efforts made by the government to reform the banking system, it still suffers from many obstacles that hinder its role of financing as showed in the results.

therefore, it is necessary to follow group of procedures to overcome this issue and the shortcoming, and at the same time to keep up with the development that is happening related to the banks.
