Abstract EN

The phonetic level is considered the first of the linguistic levels, where various phonemic cases are realized as a result of juxtaposition of linguistic sounds with each other.

this research is concerned with the interpretation of the structural phonemic cases imposed by the Arabic phonetic system and what departed from its origin on which this juxtaposition was built, such as assimilation, vocal harmony and others, using the principles of the modern Khalilist theory ; proceeding from a research problem : what are the foundations on which the Arabic phonetic system established its laws when the linguistic sounds are adjacent to each other in what appears to be a contradictory matter ? by description and analysis we reach that precise mathematical logic on which the Arabic phonetic system was built and its close connection with the Kalim or the Lexie or highest.
