The study aimed to research the importance of the dependency component and its role in organizing the relationship between the worker and the employer, the legal adaptation of the dependency relationship in Jordanian law and comparative law, and the rights and obligations resulting from the dependency relationship of the worker and the employer.
Jordanian work; As it is based on the actual authority of the employer over the worker, the legal texts have indicated the nature of the relationship between the worker and the employer, and that the Jordanian legislator has combined between the responsibility of the employer and the responsibility of the worker, and that there is complementarity in the relationship of dependency between the employer and the worker, in order to restrict them to the general rule The judge not to ask anyone about the actions of others, and it was also found from the study that the Jordanian legislator pursued in defining the scope of the labor law, the path of exclusion and did not follow the path of identification and enumeration of the categories to which its provisions apply, as the number of three categories does not apply to them, namely, public employees of the state, and bodies The study showed that the establishment of the dependency relationship between the worker and the employer entails the responsibility of the employer vis-à-vis others, and the worker is exempted from this responsibility as long as the responsibility is a consequence of a mistake he committed while performing his work or Because of it, and that the establishment of the relationship of dependency is consistent with what is approved by the general rules of evidence; Where the plaintiff bears the burden of proving the existence of the dependent relationship to the worker.
