As for the fourth chapter of this study, the researcher touched upon clarifying the fabrication of accidents by pedestrians.

The researcher explained that these crimes should be included in the crimes of fraud and not among the crimes of extortion.

The researcher concluded in his study a number of results, the most important of which are: that the Jordanian legislator did not provide an explicit definition of traffic crime, which makes this important in finding an explicit definition of traffic crime through which it defines the protected interest in these crimes because this definition is of great importance that helps in understanding and rooting Criminal texts and setting appropriate punishment to deter violators and determine the criminal responsibility incurred by them.

Likewise, there is no criminal liability for pedestrian road users, and the crime of pedestrians' fabrication of accidents was included among the law’s extortion crimes, while the Jordanian judiciary criminalized it as a fraud.

The study also reached a number of recommendations, including: Shedding light on the Jordanian legislature in a renewal of the texts of laws and legislations governing with the requirements of the times.

Because the crime of fraud is the correct term from a linguistic and legal point of view, which calls for the researcher to unify the designation of the crime as fraud, based on the unity of legal terminology in Arab legislation.
