The study dealt with the inheritance of women in Islamic law, in comparison with the ancient legal laws that preceded them, such as the Pharaonic, Babylonian, Roman, and Arab law of pre-Islamic jurisprudence.

The study has revealed that the inheritance of women in Islam leads to the achievement of justice and equality for women and confirms their position in society, and their fairness in their inheritance, and that the Almighty God has valued her inheritance with his knowledge, justice and mercy, and he did not entrust her to the servants who are disputed by whims.

Many ancient laws and modern legislations, as well as detailing it in detail that accommodates each case so that it did not leave an opportunity to tamper with it or say that the male inherits the weakness of the female.
