In the midst of the rapid technological advancement and a huge digital revolution that the world is witnessing, the topic of cyber risks has become the focus of political, economic and financial attention at the level of countries, companies and individuals.

This is why many conferences and seminars have been devoted to this topic at the scientific level, which increased the interest of researchers in all their sectors and specializations, and from this point of view we have pursued To write this research paper with the aim of identifying the implications of cyber risks and the new reality imposed by these risks on the economic sector in general and the financial sector in particular.

The importance of research on this topic stems from the necessity to place the problem in its real size in order to stimulate the search for innovative solutions to face the growing and expanding cyber risks in its new digital space.
