The raised fear generated by the COVID-19 upgraded the chance of cyber-attacks growing, communicating with a growth in the number and degree of cyber-attacks.

As such, this research explores the effect of COVID-19 on cyber security and the increase of cybercrimes and attacks.

It looked into the essence of a massive rise in cybercrimes during natural disasters, such as the COVID-19 outbreak, based on careful analysis of previous global studies.

The researchers try to determine the relationship between cybercrimes and COVID-19.

The comparative and descriptive methods were used to figure out this relation between COVID-19 and the massive increase of cybercrimes.

Cyber-attacks are examined and evaluated within the context of critical international events to display the modus-operandi of cyber-attack movements.

The results demonstrated the rise in cybercrime during the COVID-19 outbreak and the impact of various forms of cybercrime on cyber security.
