Abstract EN

This research demonstrates the interest dedicated to youth by the Holy Sunnah, the role of youth in the development of the society as well as their effective role in building up the nation and its renaissance.

The research is also keen on handling the type of environment needed for having conscious and distinguished youth.

The research has concluded with some important findings which draw attention to youth, how they should be brought up, cared for and protected from any aberrant ideology or reprehensible ethics because youth embody the forearms of the nation and the initiators of its renaissance.

Hence, this research highlights the importance of the phase of youth and the role of youth in building up societies and their renaissance with specific reference to a sample of youth quoted from the history of the companions of the prophet (peace be upon him).

Those youthful companions represent good examples for the glories they achieved for the Islamic nation.

The first chapter defines youth as a concept of language and explains its importance.

The chapter is divided into two parts; the first talks about youth as a concept of language while the second draws attention to the importance of youth.

The second chapter demonstrates the deep concern of the Holy Sunnah for youth and it includes two parts; the first highlights the good use and direction of young people's energies whereas the second part refers to tackling the mistakes committed with wisdom and flexibility.

The third chapter displays the environment where youth are brought up and this chapter has four parts entitled as follows; the family, the mosque, the surrounding circles and mass media.

The fourth chapter discusses the duty of the Muslim youth towards their society and it has three parts; the first stresses protecting the religion of Islam as well as the religious and national sanctities.

The second part refers to preserving science and conveying it whereas the last part encourages youth to construct the earth and seek livelihood.
