Abstract EN

The study aims to explore the relationship of empowerment with career creativity of the faculty members of the faculty of economics at Misurata University in Libya.

50 survey responses were gathered from the faculty members of the faculty of economics at Misurata University through a questionnaire containing two variables (empowerment and career creativity).

the results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant moderate positive relationship between empowerment and managerial creativity.

the study suggests the need to apply modern administrative concepts to develop and use different methods to encourage empowerment and creativity among the faculty members of the universities.
