Our research was about the rule “the lesson is in the generality of the word, not in relation to the reason” and its impact on the interpretation and the rulings based on it, and it became clear to us the following: The subject of interpretation is the words of the Qur'an, which includes all the sciences, so the goal of the science of interpretation should be the definitive disclosure of God Almighty's intention to reveal to us a definitive disclosure of the phenomena, and this is the goal of the Qur'an, that it guides to what is more appropriate and I do not think anything but pieces are more appropriate, from here came Prohibition of interpretation and speaking in the Koran opinion.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) did not explain the entire Qur'an, but rather he explained a few, and the Companions were fearful of its interpretation, and what was reported from those after them is only from the followers, and the Qur'an is the word of God valid for all time, so its interpretation must contain what transpires from the events.

As for the rules by which the interpreter operates, they are either transmitted, rational, or agreed upon.

The first is that the subject is based on modern scales and their clarification is speculative.

As for the commercial rules, they are definitive.

One of the important rules in the interpretation of the Qur'an is the rule of the lesson in the generality of the text, for the portion that the commentators said is present in a small portfolio at the time of the Prophet (PBUH) is repeatedly judged by the recurrence of the incident or its resemblance.
